MONTE VISTA—Beth Ellen Pace passed away on Dec. 10, 2017 in Monte Vista, Colo.

Beth was born on Dec. 22, 1952 to Clyde & Louise Pace. She graduated from Alamosa High School in 1973 and later attended Adam State College.

Beth was a loving daughter to her mom and dad and in between managed to take care of her younger siblings as a second mother. She always loved cooking for her friends and family; she enjoyed camping, rides in the mountains, reading cook books, spending time with grandkids, and her walks with her dog Gigi. Beth enjoyed watching football and was an avid Broncos fan.

Beth was filled with kindness, and any place she landed you could count on a good time.

Beth is survived by her husband Barry Moore of Monte Vista; stepson Tim (Trinity) Moore of Texhoma, Okla.; siblings Sherron (Phil) Asay of Spanaway, Wash.; Greg (Vicky) Pace of Monte Vista; Marsha (Glenn) Sparrow of Del Norte; Sue Pace of Oklahoma City and Terry (Becky) Pace of Colorado Springs; two grandchildren and many, many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life will be Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. at Rusty & Connie Strohmayer’s place, 2067 US Highway 160 West, Monte Vista.
